"Goods" and "products" refers to the range of jewellery and gifts that are sold via our website.

"Website", unless otherwise stated, refers to http://www.piratenation.com.

"Delivery", "postage" and "shipping" refer to the process of ensuring the safe and prompt delivery of our goods to you or your chosen recipient.

3. Purchasing

Completing an order means that you have agreed to our terms & conditions in full.

Orders are processed at the time of payment. Should you wish to cancel your order, please contact Pirate Nation immediately. In the event of your item(s) having already been dispatched, Pirate Nation will obligate a return order at your request.

A number of items are listed on a custom order basis. This means that we do not carry stock of these goods and are requested upon your order. We regret to inform you that we do not offer any refund or exchange on these items unless they are damaged or lost.

Pirate Nation do not collect or store any of your payment details.

If you wish to pay via cheque or postal order, please make payments out to Pirate Nation Limited. Please allow 5 working days for payment to clear before we are able to release the goods for dispatch.

4. Returns

4.1
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 7 days of receipt.*
Please include your order number and email address so that we may process the return as quickly as possible.

*This excludes items that have been customised: including resizing, reshaping and engraving.

4.2
Returned goods must be in the same condition as when you received them. This includes any packaging, inserts, labels and the actual goods purchased.

4.3
Pirate Nation reserve the right to issue a refund minus any fees that may have been incurred as a result of your order and refund.
These include (but are not limited to):

* Associated postage costs
* Card processing fees
* Restock fees
* Repair/replacement of damaged goods
* Repair/replacement of packaging

Due to health & hygiene recommendations, we regret that we are unable to refund, replace or exchange body jewellery such as earrings and other body piercing items unless they are damaged on receipt.

5. Delivery

5.1
Standard delivery fees are £2.50 on all items to be delivered within the U.K. mainland.

5.2
Standard delivery to anywhere else in the world is GBP £10.

By default, items will be delivered using standard Royal Mail first-class delivery to mainland UK.

Average delivery times within mainland U.K. are 2-5 working days. Rest of the world may vary.

UK Special Delivery is offered on items ordered before 3pm (GMT), Monday to Friday. Orders placed outside of these times will be obligated within the next working day.

Pirate Nation are not responsible for the loss, misuse or abuse of your personal and/or credit information either as a direct result of using our website or otherwise.

Pirate Nation are not responsible for actions carried out by third-party delivery services such as the Royal Mail (U.K.). In the event of such services being unavailable, we may offer you alternative delivery options which may carry extra expense to the customer.
